All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure payment system. Prices are listed on our website and may vary based on service type, number of passengers, or additional requests. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@edyasianconciergeservices.co.ke. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
Our VIP Meet & Greet Service provides personalized airport assistance, including greetings, luggage handling, and guidance through airport formalities such as check-in, immigration, and security. Services are subject to airport regulations and may vary based on the selected airport and service type (Arrival, Departure, or Transit).
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during booking, including travel details and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa) and compliance with all airport and immigration regulations. Failure to comply may result in service denial without refund.
EdyAsian Concierge Services is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to airport operations, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service booked.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of EdyAsian Concierge Services and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
